Here at Jungle Run, we take pride in being extremely clean and as germ-free as possible.

With the introduction of the government's Covid-19 restrictions and guidelines, we have increased our cleaning regime even further.
​
Jungle Run is shut between pre-booked play sessions for deep cleaning and we are also cleaning the main 'touch points' frequently during your time with us. We are making sure all door handles, flushes, taps, gates and other frequently touched areas are sanitised often. Please note- while restrictions are lifted, we will not have timed, pre-booked sessions. However, we will still be cleaning very regularly throughout the day.

We are using a cleaning spray which is anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal which conforms to the British standards BS EN 14476, BS EN 1650 and BS EN 1276.

In line with current government guidelines, only one household/ support bubble per booking. Separate households must sit at different tables. Currently this guideline also includes children in England. Capacity for the play frame has been reduced to 40% and we have reduced our number of tables to 8. This ensures that customers are able to comfortably be 2m apart. We ask that adults remain seated as much as possible. Until all restrictions are lifted but the government, we are table service only, please remain seated and we will be happy to take your order.

We must ask, in line with this policy, that all customers entering the building over the age of 11 wear a face covering and that adults adhere to the 2m rule. Face coverings can be removed while eating or drinking but must otherwise be worn.
​
Please supervise children while using our toilets to ensure that their hands are washed thoroughly. In line with the government guidelines we also have to ask all customers to use hand sanitiser upon entry and also before entering the play frame.
​
We will also be using a fogging machine regularly to sanitise the entire room when closed. The fogging fluid used is an approved antiviral and such systems are regularly used in hospital and other health care settings.

To minimise risk of Covid-19 to our colleagues as well as customers, we are currently operating on a cashless till system. There is no card fee, minimum spend is only £1. Thank you for your understanding.

If after booking, you are feeling unwell prior to your visit, may have had contact with, or live in the same household as someone who is unwell (especially if they display Covid symptoms, please contact us. Please also contact us if you have made a booking but have been asked by Track and Trace to isolate.
​
We are required by law to keep details of all customers visiting us for 21 days as per compliance with the Track and Trace policy. Details will be kept private and secure in line with Data Protection Policy.
